1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging prettyMARS1991x for services, or by using our platforms, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not engage our services.

2. Who This Is For

prettyMARS1991x is a street luxury brand development studio and creative company serving clients who need brand strategy, graphic design, web design, and print design work.

3. Our Services

prettyMARS1991x provides brand strategy, graphic design, web design, and print design services as outlined in individual project agreements, proposals, or statements of work.
Project scope, deliverables, timelines, and revisions will be defined in a separate agreement or proposal for each engagement.
Any changes to project scope after work has begun may result in additional fees.

4. Fees & Project Resources

Fees paid to prettyMARS1991x for services cover the creative labor, strategy, and design work outlined in your project agreement. Fees are allocated for project resources required to complete the work. This includes, but is not limited to:

Fonts
Textures
Patterns
Images
Brushes
Other licensed design assets

Charges for these resources are separate from, and in addition to, the base service fee. Clients are subject to being charged individually for any of the above resources used in the course of a project, as such assets often carry their own licensing costs beyond the scope of standard design or strategy fees. Any applicable resource costs will be communicated as part of the project agreement or invoiced separately as they arise.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide accurate, timely information and materials needed to complete the project
Respond to requests for feedback or approval within agreed-upon timelines
Make payments according to the terms outlined in the project agreement or invoice
Use final deliverables in accordance with any licensing terms tied to third-party assets used in the work

6. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated in a project agreement, final deliverables become the property of the client upon full payment.
prettyMARS1991x retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio, case studies, and promotional materials, unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.
Licensed assets (fonts, images, textures, patterns, brushes, etc.) used in project work remain subject to their original licensing terms, regardless of any fee paid to prettyMARS1991x.
prettyMARS1991x’s own branding, frameworks, proprietary tools, and internal processes remain the property of prettyMARS1991x and may not be reproduced or redistributed without permission.

7. Revisions & Approvals

Revision rounds and approval processes will be defined per project. Work outside the agreed scope of revisions may incur additional charges.

8. Limitation of Liability

prettyMARS1991x is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of deliverables, including issues related to third-party licensing of resources used in a project. Our total liability for any project is limited to the amount paid for that project.

9. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund terms will be specified in the individual project agreement. Fees already spent on project resources (fonts, textures, patterns, images, brushes, etc.) are generally non-refundable once incurred.

10. Termination

prettyMARS1991x reserves the right to pause or terminate a project engagement in cases of non-payment, breach of these Terms, or failure to provide necessary materials or feedback within a reasonable timeframe.

11. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued engagement with prettyMARS1991x after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
